At Petal & Pup, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Refund Method

  Select between a store credit voucher, which includes a bonus incentive, or an exchange for a different size or color of the same style.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and processes your return, your store credit or exchange confirmation will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
